While in previous generations, she may have been defined as “Type A” she’s actually pretty easy-going, although she doesn’t understand some of her friends’ lacksadasical approaches to work. Ellen prides herself on her work ethic but is looking for a mentor to groom her to lead one day.

What are her goals?

Ellen could quickly become an evangelist for a product that gives her insight into her own career trajectory, including how to influence people within her professional sphere.
